PROGRAM

From Her Majesty the Queen to the Mouse King, the Symphonic Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra concert, featuring Dr. Brendan Caldwell and Prof. Douglas Droste, conductors, is sure to be a royal treat! SWE will perform music by Britten and Purcell in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, and BWSO will bring the holiday spirit with music from The Nutcracker. Dancers from Prof. Sara Whale’s Ballet IV class will be featured in the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, with original choreography by Marius Petipa.

If you are unable to log in simultaneously to the live performance, the recording typically remains available throughout the remainder of the day, so you will be able to enjoy the program that evening as well.
